need feedback. i have this tickle in my throat like my throat itches, has this cool sensation . i dont know, its weird. feels like im gasping for air sometimes. anyone have weird feelings in the throat.. plus my skin itches around my neck.. like really bad. can anyone relate?

I've been having that tickle all year and it has stopped finally. It seems to come when I'm stressed.

I often feel that way. I just figured out this week that it is due to anxiety. The program is already diminishing that for me. Yea!

Today, I awoke in a panic. It is horrible to start my day that way, but God has brought me through and now I am on the discussion board. Maybe the bad am was a push to finally connect with others.
