Stress Center Peer Support

am i supposed to watch these at session 1 or wait until i am in session 12-15.?

I got a coaching video through my email one for each session. I would look and see what they are. I like them because they reinforce what we are learning but only about 10min long.

I have created a schedule where I would watch the video then listen to the audiotape. This has helped me a lot to gain some previous understanding of what I will be learning. If I feel confused about anything I hear on Session one, I watch the accompanying coaching tape again.
