Hello - I'm new to the program - exited to have some strategies for overcomming this cloud that has been hanging over me for the past 4 1/2 months.
I recently moved to a new city and started a new job; the position is easy for me and there should be no stress but I have been (for the first time in my life) having anxiety attacks that at times paralyzed me to the point where I am totally ineffective.
I dont really seem to have any fear or anything else I can pinpoint - just this feeling of dread, often making it painful for me to be in social environments . I have been totally exhausted as I'm always fighting this feeling - it seems to dominate my thoughts.
I am excited and hopeful that I will have the skills to overcome this invisible monster in my life.
