Stress Center Peer Support

I started the program a week ago and am finding a sense of well being that I thought was never possible for me.The night I ordered the program after seeing the infomercial several times I called,I was scared and very depressed that night I wanted very much for my misery to end, the person on the other end is my angel he could tell how bad I felt, and he talked to me and he told me about this program. He offered a light at the end of this very dark tunnel. I wish I had his name so I could thank him. Thanks for listening.

Just started today myself, and see at least a hopeful outcome. I think the fact that we can do something for ourselves - (there goes that control thing again!) - is helpful, and gives us (at least me) a feeling of accomplishment. Hope it works for you, and hope we can both (and all) get through this to a brighter spot on the other side!
