Hello, I am new this week

I am so excited that I started this program! After going to the Cardiologist about two weeks ago thinking I was dying of heart disease, I was told (BIG SURPRISE) that there was nothing wrong with my heart, and that I am not passing away any time soon. I had been to numerous specialists over several years convinced there was something horribly wrong with me and almost HOPING they would find something, just so I wouldnt feel "crazy". The heart palpitations and the dizziness and lack of energy had me believing I was going to DIE!! I will say that I now believe that I was in a stage of subconsious denial. I honestly think that Divine Intervention brought me here. I look forward to being free of the panic attacks and the medications someday. 
As you work the program and keep posting here, you'll find that you will become free of panic attacks and medication if that is your desire and there are no medical problems that stand in your way. I am free of panic attacks and off of anti-depressants, but it has been a struggle and I still have work to do. I just knew that in my past I didn't need Anti-depressants or have panic attacks so I had to figure out that I might be able to live life without them using Lucinda's methods and others. Paislee
