Hello all,
I am just finishing up week 1. I have really put 100 percent of myself into this program. I have discovered alot about my behaviors and thinking habits! Wow!
But now after analyzing myself all week.I feel tired,SAD,and guilty! I feel like a bad person!
I know I'm NOT a bad person! I keep getting negative to positive thinking and visa-versa.
I realize this is probally part of the process..
But I'm looking for support and reassurance.
Anyone else feeling like this OR anyone further into the program remember feeling this way?
