HI so I got a call from someone from the "welcoming committee" for StressCenter, which was a nice surprise. She asked how i like the program so far, how far I have gone, any questions etc... then set me up with the "Free" life session coaching for next Wednesday. I thought that was great, to see how they care and she shared some of her experiences also which was nice. So far so good today, keeping the faith.
