I would like to know the same thing... Also, I am not really understanding how to really get started. I listened to the cds today and did the workbook. Do I listen to the same cds for the rest of the week?

If you go to new user peer support and click the month you joined it has postings from the people who started when you did. Did you start in March?

Hi everyone! I'm just starting over in the program, but I've had the program since last year. I just want to say, that it is important that you do the program in the exact way that Lucinda says to do it. It's how the program was designed, with experts in the field. One lesson (session) a week is how it works. eg...session 1 disc for the whole week, then session 2 disc the next whole week and so on. If you have the coaching videos with the program, they are very helpful, and will guide you through perfectly as well, and start with the head start video. Also someone wanted to know how to post a topic or question . Go up to the "New" icon above, then press discussion. Anyhow, just thought I'd put my two cents worth in .

I forget what else I was going to say, but if you have more questions, just ask. Welcome to all of you! Take care, and Hugs!
