I just recieved my program the other day and I'm a little confused about it. I've done the Intro and Session 1. Should I have done the intro for 1 week, then sessions 1-4 the next week? I just don't want to move too fast with this.

Inside your Session 1-4 guidebook there is a day by day schedule. Spend a week on each session.

Thank you Ashelina for asking that question. I got my program a few days ago and keep feeling like i'm doing it wrong or i'm not doing enough to get any results. I think I am overanalyzing but I am so tired of my depression and anxiety that i PRAY to GOD that this program will help. Can anyone give me some feedback?

The key is to learn to "accept" those body sensations, and stop running...

I did it my way, and it worked for me!!!! You might find it helpful to read some of my postings!!!! God Bless Each of You!!!

I just got really confused with how long i'm supposed to be on each session. I got my tapes last week and I'm on lession 2. I'm supposed to spend a week on each lession right?

I feel like a dumbass asking but I just want to make sure I'm doing it right.
