Stress Center Peer Support

That may not be the best word for this but I am doing the program for the 2nd time. In a lot of ways I do feel like it's new(the program) again. I don't know if anyone can relate to what I mean. I felt so acomplished when I finished. I kind of feel like I'm going backwards. Also I wrote in all my guidebooks so it's been very hard to give any honest answers without being persuaded by my old answers. Plus there's no room to put the new answers...if that makes any sense. I'm thinking about calling the MW Center to see if they sell the work/guide books seperatly. Has anyone done that???

I have not called for more workbooks, but if you do, think about copying the homework pages before you write in them. That's what I did in case I ever needed to do it again or if I wanted to let someone else use the program. And don't feel bad about doing the program again. I am just starting week 9 and have gone back to other CD's when I was having problems.
That's the beauty of owning the program. We didn't develop these problems overnight and it may take a longer to overcome them but we will! If I have to do it over I certainly will because it helps. Take care and best of luck to you and all of us in this boat.

Thanks dinobail...if I do get more workbooks I will definatly not write in them. I didn't think about it at the time and they(StressCenter.com) never mentioned not writing in them even though, they recommend you doing the program more than once. Sooo to anyone who reads this you may want to copy your homework on another paper.

Hello KarenLeigh, the answer to your question about the workbooks is yes they will sell you a new one. Call the support center and ask them for help with this.
