I'm 38 year old male; I have 4 children and a wife. I am employed as a supervisor in a mental health facility on the graveyard shift, I have been working that shift since November it seems my health has gone down hill since then, my anxiety has gone through the roof.....I'm constantly worrying that I have a serious illness.. Heart, problems etc. I recently had a nuclear stress test and the Doctor said there was nothing wrong with my heart. Since then my chest pains are better but my neck is constantly hurting. It’s worst when I’m at work. I think I’m going crazy sometimes, what can I DO? I'm also having a lot of gas and loose stools...short of breath at times...when I'm doing things I like, it seems ,i forget about my problems and feel better.....all I can do is worry.....

my guess is that this is, as you suspect, anxiety. the program would help a lot.

feel better.

It does sound like anxiety..i actually had that nuclear test done as well because I was so tired and out of breath all the time..my heart would pound...I was just a mess....but thank god they found nothing wrong..all the symptoms you are experiencing we have just a like...i recently turned to a lot of reading, excercising and therapy(which helps with meditating and breathing excercies) very helpful....Feel better...I definately understand...trust me....your not alone...hang in there.
