Can stress and anxiety make you not feel good? I have been having anxiety and stress all this weekend over having diabetes but now that I have tried to relax about it i don't feel good and feel i could have an anxiety attack over feeling like this. I would appreciate the support.

				Oh R-
I'm so sorry you are suffering ill feelings. I know how badly you can feel from the symptoms of panic and anxiety. When I have a panic attack or am stressed - I feel fatigued, get headaches, feel nausea and shakiness. I know there are other feelings too, but it varies from the type of anxiety and stress too.
It is OK to feel scared or stressed - remember - "This too will pass". If you are feeling extremely ill, I would suggest going to the dr to rule out something more serious. I hate the dr myself, but I hate to think that there is something that is truly horrible (I was pre-diabetic and also have other health issues that needed care) and not go or get worse. It just makes sense to rule it out so you can ease your mind as well.
I wish you great health and success on the program and in your life. You will always have support and kinds words - so do not hesitate to come by. *hugs* -J

Sorry you don't feel well. I am not saying anything as medical advice in any way. I will just say that from everything I have read and been taught that we feel in our bodies what we think with our brain. So far it's helped me with my anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia pain etc. I think we are what we eat, drink, breathe, and think about. It's so easy for me at least to be negative but I have been working hard on positive thinking and must say it is working if I use it. i also would say it might be a very good idea to check with your doctor..always if you have diabetes or other medical problems. JUST TO BE SAFE
Hope you feel better soon.
