Since the start of my panic attacks I have not been able to social drink. I suppose its a good thing. I read alot about people who drink as a way to calm their anxiety, but I know it would never work for me, before if I was hungover it was a guaranteed recipe for a major panic attack and then it even esclated to the point of even on glass of alchohol was enough to set me off. Anything that makes me feel light headed or "buzzed" is out of the question.
I fear what would happen to me if I even sipped a " Red Bull "
People always say " Why dont you drink?? You mean you dont drink at all?? " and to me its like " are they crazy?? Do they have any idea what would happen to me if I even had one drink?
Its a no brainer.. there is absolutely noway I would consider drinking.. Its not that I miss drinking its just that I am curious if this happened to anyone else? Guess its a blessing in disguise so to speak that I am afraid of alchohol now.. but I'm still curious
about others experience with it.. before and after the anxiety started. Thanks
