Stress Center Peer Support

I'm second day on the program, walking around on this site, looking in forums and discussions, reading and wandering where should I start? should I write my story? where, to whom, who will be reading it and it will take forever to do it. There is so much and I'm lost with the question: how i will find the time to type and read and listen. It's overwhelming...

leszek, just like we learned to walk or even when we learned to ride a bike, remember how scare we were? but we managed to start by just coasting the bike a few feet at atime, then we pedal 1/2 a pedal at a time till we felt confident enough to sit on the bike and pedal away. this program will be similar to that. hope this help. manuel cruz

Thanks, 1cruzman. It seems that I have a lots of time, but something tells me to do something different, I don't really know what. There is nothing to do, just get prepared to new Year's Eve party I'll be going to with my wife and her father. maybe today I should give myself a brake and start fresh with a new year?
