Stress Center Peer Support

I had the CD's for some time. I had so fears ect about it. This night I didn't sleep al night becase some probs was on my mind.
So I thought hey you better start doing this Progam ! When I did I started to cry because I understand and know the feeling which I had for years. I am glad i did. !

Oh I know! It is a great feeling of relief isn't it? I am going on session 3 soon and I am very proud of myself. You definitely should be proud of yourself also. Keep on going at it, and no matter how hard it gets, REFUSE TO GIVE UP. Take care.

I just started the program, too. I just listened to the first session, but it really is powerful to hear others talking about the same troubles and that they SUCCEEDED! I finally got the program after knowing about it for maybe 3 years -- I've seen therapists, etc. for over 20 years and done a lot of reseach on my own (like Lucinda did) and have to say I recognize a lot of the techniques, but the biggest difference is that there are people who have already done it helping you along. This is definitely the way to go! I can do it, and YOU can do it. Good luck! See you later.

I felt much the same way. It hit home because it felt good to have someone understand the uneasiness and lack of control while appearing to be in control thing. Finding someone who can put into words what I've been feeling for years has really helped. I'm glad we all found this program.
