I've been hearing a lot about the vitamins on line here but I never received them when I got my program stuff. I know other people here have taken them but no one has mentioned what kind of effect they've had with them.

I ordered the positive mood vitamins when I ordered my program last year. I stopped taking them last summer and my mood declined. That's when I could really tell a difference. I felt off balance and depressed. When I started taking them again, I felt more balanced. That's the best way to describe it, I think. I decided after that summer to just keep taking them. I sometimes forget, but I take them almost every night. The vitamins make me feel better, I think, and I also feel better because I feel I'm doing something right. I'm helping my body be more healthy by providing vitamins I normally don't get from everyday meals. It eases my mind to know I'm trying to be healthy.

Believer08,

I think that it is just because you are starting something new. I get like that when I start new vitamins sometimes. I think that is because you are scared of how they are going to make you feel. They are vitamins they can't do anything but make you feel better. I hope that you begin to ease your mind and not let your mind control the way that you feel when you are trying to get healthy. God bless!

It was confirmed with my Doctor.......The vitamins do have a side effect with the Ginseng in them. It did raise my heart rate and elevated my blood pressure. The ingredient in them is the Panax Ginseng. Also known as Siberian Ginseng.....Gingseng is Gingseng and I see why things shifted.....Thank you all for your input.

I took Ginseng years ago and it did raise my blood pressure and heart rate. It certainly gave me a lot of energy but I stopped taking it due to the increase in blood pressure. I'm surprised it was added to the vitamins from the Center. It's well known for its stimulating effects. .

I do have enough Faith in God and I ignored that inner calling that said Do not take them....I already take multivitamins, and minerals, and eat extremely healthly........I should have just listened to the spirit talking to me and saved a co-payment at the Doctors office...... :p

Any medication you take, should be discussed with your doctor, whether prescription or natural.
If you are already taking a multivitamin, dont take extra. Ive heard many good things about Good Days vitamins, but everyone is different.
They show everything that is in the vitmains, each one, and they do have warings on the sleep tablet.. here is the website..
Lots of people take ginsing with no problem,, the first bottle you get free, so if you think you may have an allergy to any of them read the label,, or look at the site StressCenter.com made for them..
