Stress Center Peer Support

I'm thinking of changing my medication from LexaPro to Celexa. Can anybody tell me the there experiences with Celexa. Does it really help?

sorry can't be much help but I'm changing from Prozac to Celexa. Although my doc said Lexapro has a higher concentration of whatever helps w/ the anxiety that is in Celexa. So would have originally switched me to that but my mom does well on Celexa for both depression and anxiety so he thought i would do well on celexa as well.
Why don't you like the Lexapro? what does your doc say? Is your PCP prescribing or are u seeing a psychiatrist? Good luck, let us know how it goes!

The first year I was was fine but when Oct. came i felt like I was having a setback. My Dr. Increased my dosage from 40mg to 50mg. It helped but now its March and I going through horrible anxiety episodes. I'm thinking my body has tolerated it. i see my Dr. next Tues. I'll see what she says.
