Has anyone tried the new Good Days supplements that Lucinda is selling? I just received them in the mail and wanted to know what other propler thought of it. I also am on Prozac and didn't know if I should get off of that before I start taking it??

I started taking the good day and then a couple weeks later went to the dr. and actually got a perscription for Wellbutrin. I showed him the good day and he said it was o.k. to take them as well. So I've continued to take them, I'm on my second month I think. For the price of all you get, I think it's well worth it. :)

Hi

I started the Good Days supplements about 3 1/2 weeks ago and I really like them. I am trying to use more natural means of fighting anxiety. Some days my "natural means" works well :) other days it doesn't  . I think you will notice a difference with the supplements. They seem to give me more energy and I find that I haven't caught all the colds that everyone at my workplace are coming down with.

Hi, I didn't take them, they have too many componenets in them that don't mix well with meds, and I am on 3 meds. I think if someone is not on meds, they are probably healthful, I'm not sure if they are helpful anxiety wise though.

I have not yet received the supplements, but am wondering if they will be safe to take with Nortriptyline (for my depression), Alpralazam (for my anxiety), & Tamoxifen.(history of bilateral breast cancer.

Hi, I take celexa, neurontin, and clonazepam, and I could not take the supplements. No one that is taking meds should take those. The herbal components could cause a reaction.
