I just wanted to tell everyone of my experience that is helping me and hopefully it will help others as well. I recently went to GNC and bought a bottle of Vitamin B Complex 50. SInce I've been taking it (About a month now) I have calmed down alot (Still get anxious when I have to go somewhere) but on a day to day basis the vitamin has helped me slow down, it makes me less anxious, and I also have a little more energy. I really recommend it to anyone! I have tried Zoloft once (3 days only) and I didnt like how I felt of meds which is why I am trying the program and a more natual way to relieve my anxiety/depression. I am afraid of prescription meds and teh vitamin has helped tremendously so I just wanted to give my advice and I hope with this is advice I could help someone as well.

Great idea! For some people, just adding B12 helps the nerves as well. I found that the vitamins and the program helped get rid of the anxiety and changed my life for the best!

This is Great Advice. I have been contemplating telling the doctor of my depression and anxiety. But to be honest I am afraid of taking prescription meds and am afraid that is what would be suggested. I will give this a try, also do you know if I can still take my other b vitamins that I have been taking as well. I pray this will help. Thanks so much.

Yes, it is better to take the B12 with the B complex vitamin. B's are so very important for our nervous system. I hope it helps. Let me know how it works for you. Have a great day.

Thank You. I went and bought the b complex at GNC today. I will start tomorrow. I have been taking the sublingual b12 already. Also has anyone heard of Transfer Factors 4 life. I was just told about this and have been doing so research. It is suppose to help support your immune system. So far very interesting. I am trying to go the natural way if possible.

I take a B Complex that has equal amounts of just about all that is in the b=complexand a B-12 that is a sublingual or microlozenge. You put it under your tongue for 30 minutes before swallowing because it goes directly into your bloodstream. I hope this helps.
