Flash Cards I lost Session 1-2

Hello,
I lost Session 1 and 2 flash cards . They are important to me since I just started this program. Can someone send them to me ? I only remember a few from session 1 You can't change past, You can change present, you can change your attitude . That's all I remember. I was just beginning session 2 so I don't have a clue. Appreciate your help.
