Stress Center Peer Support

I was diagnosed with Bipolar last year and have been on Quetiapine (Seroquel). I thought at first it was helping my moods and i was able to sleep at night, but i've noticed the last 4 months it's been hell. I sleep all day, i don't really say much to my family (including my kids) and i'm always in either a bad mood or really sad. So the last 2 weeks i have taken myself off of it and i seem a lot happier with life. I don't know if it's because maybe i needed it upped or maybe i just need a new pill to take. Has anyone else had this problem?

I havent had your exact problem, but a doctor told me I was bipolar and she was wrong. As it turned out it was just anxiety. So I really didnt need meds. Hope thats the case for you.
