Stress Center Peer Support

Well I have been on Pristiq for 12 days because I tried Zoloft and it made me sick so the Dr went with this instead. He told me to break the 50mg pill in half so im only taking 25mg a day and so far no side effects other than dry mouth and a little more jittery on some days. My question is shouldn't I be feeling less anxious and feeling a little better already? I know it takes 4 weeks to see the FULL effect but shouldn't I be seeing some improvements?
I am feeling a little bit less panicky about certain things but I think that's probably the Xanax. How long would you give it and have any of you had any luck with this med?

I haven't taken that medicine so I can't really say anything about it. But it took my doctor and myself several tries to find a medicine that didn't either cause too many side effects or not work at all. I think if it is not making you feel worse, try to stick with it. Hopefully you see improvement very soon. Good luck.
