If one med made me gain weight, will they alll?

Hi all. Pristiq and prozac made me gain weight. i am scared to try a new anti depressant because my friend told me that since i gained weight on an SNRI that i will gain weight from all anti depressants. this made me feel so depressed because i feel need an anti depressant but worried that this friend is right and i will gain from any anti dep. im so confused, sad and feel defeated. has anyone gained weight from one anti dep but not another??
