has anyone tried the good days night formula ?

I've been battling panic attacks since 2007 ,I have a rx of xanax which I rarely take unless a full blown panic attack is taken place , I would like to try something natural but have the fear of side effects, my dr wants me to start trying to take a 1/4 amnitryptilline 25mg since a 1/2 knocked me on my butt,and I didn't like the side effects ,I have lots of energy and was not used to be drugged out,but I tried Paxil once and thought I'd lose it, so I'm trying to find somethig milder. Help someone! PLEASE
