How do you know the difference between fast heartbeat because of anxiety or medications?

I don't know for sure how you would tell the difference, but I would suggest at those moments to analize. What had just been going on? What are you thinking? Are there other symptoms? Mabye answering these things will help you determine? Otherwise I would discuss with DR. :) Good luck :)

Are you saying (?) that you can get racing heartbeats from the medication?? I get racing heartbeats all the time and just trumped it up to anxiety attacks.

I would go to your doctor to get a check up just to make sure you are okay physically.

I would also visit your psychiatrist to discuss your medications with him/her.
