Does Lorazepam help you any bit with ocd?

I am suffering from ocd and wondering if anyone else who have taken Lorazepam for few weeks felt their ocd have improved? I can say this med do calm me down a bit and maybe make me feel less anxious!

sorry what is ocd?
I am using Lorazepam as i was flying and it help me vhery much becuase it made me sleepy
I used to get very anxious and scrarry thoughts and bad feeling when i fly . But this time
I PRAYED for God for answers and relief . Then I chose to fly at night . Then I took Lorazepam at night and man thank God I got on that plane and felt very calm, tired and fell aslleep . I think that was the FIRST time i slept on a plane,
so yes it is new to me and happy with that response.
Now i want something that helps mewhen I am PUBLIC SPEAKING
Ih have RACING HEART and excessive NEED TO SWALOW MY SALIVA.
got suggestions? for that
