Anyone not on med anymore, now seem to dream more than ever

Before I started taking any med, I hardly ever dream or even remember my dream. Now I seem to dream far more and sometimes it feels so real as if I am not dreaming or at time ( around the morning) I do encounter moment when I just lay down trying to fall asleep and I am dreaming again (almost like half awake, cuz I can hear my parents talking in the living room)! The weird thing is I haven't taken any med for almost ten years! Could this be a long term withdrawl symptom effect?

Lastly, many times these dream make me feel really tired after I get off bed or the worst case make me wake up in the middle of the night because the dream make me feel very uneasy or akward!

I noticed the same thing. I would get scary dreams. My therapist attributes it to anxiety symptoms. I do too. I'm not sure if it is the anxiety or the scary dream that comes first! Ugh.
