Hi, I have been on 60mg. Cymbalta for about two years and I am trying to taper off for about a month now. I went down to the 30mg. and have been dumping beads out of the capsules and so far it is working but it's a little frustrating because it seems to be a very slow process. I thought I was totally ok to stop taking it a few days ago and I was very wrong I had brain zaps and just a general ill feeling. Anyway thanks for letting me vent, I am so thankful for this program I am on my sixth day.
