If you have used doxepin before please let me know how it was for you! I am on it for almost 3 weeks and notice some dry mouth! Did it work well for you and what was the dosage and the effects! Thanks!

I have been on Doxepin before and still have some in case I really need one. I take it like a Xanax though not as an antidepressant. As needed I take a 25mg and am really tired and relaxed within about ten minutes. It does cause the weight gain, dry mouth, and tiredness from the antihistamine properties in it. Otherwise Doxepin and imipramine are very good tricyclic drugs for panic attacks and depression.
