I started taking the vitamins that came with the program. This is my 3rd full week into both (vitamins and program) and I am feeling better. I am working hard but want to know if any of you out there-who are further along in the program- can tell me if the vitamins helped you? They are pricey.....look forward to hearing from you. Well I haven't heard from anyone so does that mean no one is taking the vitamins that come with the program? I know I can't be the only one out there wondering about their effectiveness. Does anyone have any feedback on them>

I just got the vitamins in the mail and am reluctant to try them. I'm one of those that is afraid to try anything new. I'm curious as well as to how others are doing on them.

I've been taking them for a week now. I don't feel worse, that's for sure, but you're right they are pricy. I don't think I'll renew- I'm trying to rehaul my diet to include all those stress-busting nutrients.

Vitamins with the program? Mine did not come with vitamins!

Beware that if you accepted the offer of 'free' vitamins, you are signed up for automatic delivery every month. I didn't like that part at all, because it wasn't clear when I accepted the offer.
Also, I didn't try them at all because they contain Ginseng, which is a stimulant that can cause heart racing (and I'm on a beta blocker to prevent that) and anxiety...
My daughter tried the sleep aid, and they were okay, but not strong enough for her. I gave them to a friend who uses natural sleep aids.

Yes, I do see now that I am set up for an auto shipment. Thanks for the info Arwen, I don't like that either...N Willing

I got the vitamins when I started the program. I had both my shrink and primary care doc take a look at them. I'm a recovering alcoholic and I will not do anything that threatens my sobriety. So I run all medication past my docs for their approval. Both of them suggested I do not take the vitamins, so I don't. I'm just talking about me. They may be great for other people and I know that we need all the help we can get. Good luck.

I take the vitamins with Effexor XR and am not having any bad reactions. I'm not certain about Paxil...N Willing
