I am thinking about trying the HCG diet. I have been on 20mg of Lexapro for 5 years and am wondering if there are going to be any negatives or interactions here. I have a phone call in to my doctor, but I'd also like to know if anyone else has done this?

Your question about HCG diet is why I joined tonight. My MD would not comment when I asked him. I really would like to know how others recovering from depression/anxiety experienced any set backs. Have you started yet? Shots or drops? Are you going to follow the extreme version of the 500 calorie diet with no eggs? I have so many questions!
