Party went well

Hi, all. Wanted to let you know that the holiday show at my house went well. However, I think the primary reason I wasn't anxious was because I took a Klonepin beforehand!! Was stressing about everything being perfect. But, people were laughing and seemed to be having a good time and enjoying the food, and ordering a fair amount of merchandise from my acquaintance that ran the party. So, it was OK, if not med-free. Since then work has been crazy, NO time to listen to the CDs OR read the material!! Hoping to get back on track, because I am way wound up for the last couple days.

Don't beat yourself up for missing some time from the program. Just get back on track as soon as you can and you'll be on your way !

Hi, glad to hear that you made it through the party. I posted on your last thread with some words of advice. I think that I posted too late. Did you find some moments during the party where you were enjoying yourself? If so, try to remember that the next time you have an obstacle to overcome.
