Has anyone tried Lunesta for sleeping? I just started with it (last night) and am curious about other's experiences with it. Thanks!

Yes I use Lunesta occasionally for insomnia and it works pretty well and doesn't leave me feeling droggy the following morning. They say it is non-habit forming. But I take it only occasionally (maybe 5-6 times a month). And you should take it only if you have about 8 hours to devote to sleep. Good luck.

Yes- i used Lunesta whan it first camr out (2 summers ago?). I had used Ambien up until then but thought the comercial looked "peaceful"- stupid, I know. Anyway, I did try it, but my psych. gave me the max. dosage (about 3x the strength of Ambien) and it completely knocked me out. It's not very often I dump a $30 script, but that one I did toss. I really think it had more to do with the strength, though. I've heard a lot of people are pleased with it. Plus, I haven't heard of any "horror" stories about it.
How was YOUR rest last night?
I no longer use a sleep script ("Ambien free" since April '08

!); instead I take passionflower and drink a cup of NaturalCalm about 1/2 hour before bed.
