I take 150mg and it does help me sleep and I do not have any side effects. I have been taking it since April for my chronic pain and lack of sleep due to pain. :)

I take half of a 50mg. tablet nightly for sleep. It works well for me. I fall asleep within 20 minutes. I used to wake up with back pain and also need to pee at least twice nightly. Now I sleep thru 9 out of ten nights.

I started taking 50 mg per night in December, and I haven't noticed any side effects. It generally helps me get to sleep within 20 minutes, but I still wake up 2-3 times a night many nights, and sometimes, I can't get back to sleep for quite a while.

The Dr. put me on Trazadone 2 weeks ago, I took it the 1st 2 days she perscribed it and it made my heart race so badly I was up until 3:00am both nights. I had to take a xanax to calm my heart down. I wish I could take it, I have heard it works well for some people. I just am very sensitive to drugs.

I was taking novo trazadone 50mg for sleep. It does help you sleep, but I found when it wore off it heightened my anxiety. I halved the dose and went off of it a week and a half ago. I still have a few side effects, but am working through it. I'm trying over the counter meds.

I take 50 to 100 mg of Trazadone nightly. It does help me sleep better but I notice I do feel some anxiety in the morning. The program has helped me deal with the anxiety so most of the time the attacks are less severe and do not last very long. I am beginning to feel that if I work hard and stick to the program I will be able to ween myself all meds.
