Yes, this program saved my life. I had severe anxiety and depression so bad that I couldn't work, drive, or even care for my baby. I spent 8 months trying different meds, going to therapy, but the only thing that worked for me was this program. I was very suicidal and did not want to live. Now, 3 years later I'm living my life and I'm in a great job, taking care of my family, driving anywhere I want to go. This program works!

Honestly, it does! I was a total mess... started with panic attacks and over the years progessed into full blown agoraphobia. Never was housebound but came close. Could drive but only close to home and in "safe" zones. Travel was out of the question and I was not working.
I did the program twice on my own then did the coaching program which REALLY kicked it into overdrive. I have held a full time job now for 6 years and can travel again.
Be careful how you define "recovery" At first, I decided I would not be fully recovered until I basically morphed into superwoman. lol
I still struggle with things but they don't keep me housebound anymore. After 7 years am struggling with a growth spurt due to a prolonged illness but now I have tools and coping skills that will get me back where I need to be. I never took medication, even at the worst of it.
This would make an excellent Christmas present to yourself, don't you think???

Of course you won't forget that you have it, unless you hit your head on something and get amnesia.
But you won't feel bad all of the time. I think that's good enough.

John,
You never forget, it just stops being in the forefront. Here's an analogy I came up with. To me, it was like having a headache. When the headache was gone it was just gone. I kind of caught myself one day and realized, "Omg, I feel normal!" It actually scared me a little! lol
But, it isn't like you sprout wings and start leaping tall buildings, it's more like "aaaaah, normal" Subtle but powerful.

I almost never ask for help but I am at rock bottom. Also, I next to never cry, well I've been crying all day and if I caN stop long enough I will say why. I have been to hell and back again with depression, severe depression and anxiety and have coped more decades than I care to remember. Regards the positive thinking program, I started it but then stopped. My Dr. says my dep. is genetic and biological and no amount of postive thinking is going to have an affect...There has only been ONE anti dep. that ever helped me. It is Pamelor. Apparently it can create heart problems so the Dr. said if I get and EKG and stress test and the report is good he would perscribe it. IT was and he did. The positive effect was within days and I actually felt free and happy for two days till I realized the drug was binding me up badly. I know all about laxitives and natural remedies and am working on it. To make matters worse, I have an inflamation in the bowel that my other Dr. is treating and I can't afford to be bound up. I am stopping Pamelor and will be back to dep. that has ruined my life for years. I could use a break from stress big time. If anyone has a thought it would be appreciated...

Hey Galaxie! I'm Chris from memphis. Your Doctor is wrong! Positive thoughts help! I Promise. Always tell yourself Positive reinforcing thoughts. You have nothing to lose at this point right? You see, your doctor wants you to stay depressed so he can continue to get paid by continuing treating you! Do exactly what the program tells you! Also, lay off the sugars, the caffeine and the alcohol. Also, start an exercise program. You can do it! I can do it! WE can do it!

Thankyou Chris for your comment. I know you are right about sugar, alcohol and caffeine...Aren't those the very three things which many times help one to get through the day? I know there is no justification for using them as they add no benefit to our well being, only temporary relief. I'll start the program again...Thanks

Mizz Nae,
First of all, I'd like to welcome you to the online community!(:
In my opinion, this program is like a tool box. It has the information and tools we need to manage our symptoms. But it is above all, up to us. It's not easy but WE can overcome. I believe ordering this program is a major step to recovery. I hope you make a decision that is right for you.
I am currently starting my 5th week with the program. It has helped me a lot! You just gotta stay positive.. even when times are tough. Keep in touch and stay strong Mizz Nae!
