How do you know if you need an increase in your dosage of your antideppressant? I have been on 10mg of Lexapro for almost 3mos. Don't get me wrong, I feel alot better than I did 3mos ago! However, I still have body symptoms off and on, but not as bad as they have been. Do they ever go completely away? Also, at times get tired for no reason, but not as bad as it has gotten at some points. Does that feeling ever go away? I am soo grateful that I feel better, but it is such a slow process, I often wonder should I ask my psychiatrist to up my dosage? He said that he would if I needed to, but then I'm like if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it thinking. I do exercise, at least 4-5 times a week for 30-40mins, I eat better, but since I've been feeling better, I have started to go back and eat things like sweets, that I shouldn't, but not everyday. What should I do? Will upping the dosage make me feel more better quicker, as far as the body symptoms, or is that just something that kinda stays with you, and gets better over a long period of time? Can anyone help me with this one???
