I went through the program over a year ago, and all of a sudden I am a ball of anxiety again. I have been getting sinus headaches for the past month (naturally for a hypochondriac they are brain tumors), and went to the ENT yesterday. Since the headaches started, I have been a big ball of anxiety because they would go away and once I went to see the doc they would come back. Anyway, the ENT looked into my sinuses and noticed an infection, so he prescribed me Levaquin. Naturally knowing I had something made me feel better because it may be the cause of the headaches, but the second he mentioned something other than a Z-pack (my favorite), I got a little bit more nervous.
STUPID me decided to do some online research...ESPECIALLY when I noticed anxiety being one of the side effects of an allergic reaction. Why would they put that on there when most of us get anxiety when we take Nyquil? Anyway...I just called the pharmacist to verify that it is OK to take Xanax with this stuff, so at least I have that going for me. She told me to take it at night, and of course, since I haven't slept for three nights (until I've been forced to take a Xanax), I am wary that it will be another sleepless night of my heart racing, me checking my skin every 5 seconds to see if I'm getting a rash or looking in the mirror to see if my pupils are dilated. I have gone to every website possible and only read bad reviews of this stuff, and I need some reassurance from people that didn't have a problem. I am 26, I exercise on a very regular basis, I eat healthy, have low blood pressure, and low cholesterol. Any help would be wonderful!
