no interaction that I know of. If in doubt, call your local pharmacy and talk to them, that's what I did.

I've been hearing about these Good Day supplements alot on here. What are they? Are they recommended by Lucinda? What sre they supposed to do for you? Are they herbal or vitamin? Just curious...

They are supplements and worked well for me. I was able to go off my medication. My pharmacist was able to look at the the contents and stressed no negative interactions.

Where do you get them and what's in them? Does anyone know?

I do hear that they have 5-htp in them. Doesn't that herb raise seretonin though? Thats why I was wondering if safe if taking an antidepressant.

Again I will ask if anyone knows what's in the Good Day supplements (other than 5-htp) or where I can get them? I'd appreciate a response if anyone knows! Thanks!

Hi,
I could list all the ingredients here but why not go to their website goodlivinglabs.com I have been taking the Good Days formulation since I started Lucinda's program. They send the vitamins to me regularly so I never run out. There are four pills/capsules in a little plastic bag which you take every day. I feel I am much better taking them, and when I checked at a health food store, I found it would be more expensive if I bought everything separately. They have very good customer service and will answer any questions you have.
Blessings,
Jackie

I got the Good Days vitamins with my program with Lucinda's picture on them, endorsing them...so I am sure you could call the Stress Center and they would be able to answer questions.
