I just started the program yesterday. I take Xanax as needed, which has been about 15 pills in the last month. Can I take these vitamins too? I have not started the vitamins because I did not want an adverse reation. Thanks for your help!

You can, the only thing you have to watch is if you are on an SSRI antidepressant and the 5-HTP in the orange pill.
This can cause Serotonin Syndrome which can lead to hospitalization.
