Does anyone that takes and AD have some night sweating? I heard it can be a SE, but it is not one to worry about. I cant figure out if I am sweating at night because I am hot or if it is the meds. I dont drench anything just a light sweat. Something tells me its being hot since it started recently and I have been on Lex for 7 months and we just started raising the heat at night and sleeping with extra blankets?

I do sweat more at night when I am "cycling" as I call it. My anxiety cycles in my life. I can go 2 or 3 yrs without it getting out of hand, no meds, etc. then WHAM.....there it is. Back on meds, exercises, meditations, etc. and yes, while on my meds and having issues, I sweat a lot at night. I actually can feel my sheets damp when I turn in the night. I hate it. I feel like I can't wash my sheets enough (LOL). Then I'll uncover, and wake up freezing, very weird.

Yes Noelle, I get really hot and sweat at night. . But than sometimes I'll get cold too. I feel I get hot and cold flashes at night. I do wake up pretty sweaty in the mornings (TMI ha ha)

I used to be completely soaked and some nights would have to get up and change the sheets they would be so drenched and uncomfortable. Since stopping my AD's the night sweats have stopped. Also my chills have ceased since my anxiety is pretty much gone. Loving It!!
