Stress Center Peer Support

Hi I'm Kathleen. I'm in Northern California. I am 76 and experiencing daily anxiety and body symptoms, obsessive thoughts about the future and finances not lasting for my lifetime. No children. I have had this before about 30 years ago and this program helped me then. I started medication (zoloft 37.5 mg) a month ago because it helped me the first time but now hasn't helped yet. Anyone else on medication? I am starting the program over again - not very disciplined at keeping on schedule but it is helping me understand the condition and giving me tools to work through the fears.
I haven't seen a lot of posts from 2023. Hope to meet some other folks getting help here.
