Hi Coach Chris,
I am at week 3 and I and so far this has been the hardest week yet, but I can imagine, it will get harder before it gets better.
I m so glad I found the program and I hope and pray that it would work for me.

Hello!
Lesson three is quite the wakeup call. Think of it as a fly overview of our thought patterns. It can be overwhelming to hear all of the negative thinking going on so be kind to yourself and thankful you are on your way to feeling better.
Each lesson moving forward will drill down further into the negative thinking. Go slow and set simple goals. It only gets better.
