I'm doing this course for the 2nd time. I gave up in session 4 last time unfortunately. I know it's a discipline. I can see the benefits of what the course is doing for me already. I'm determined to not just say at the end, 'I've finished the course this time'. But do away with my anxiety (most of it anyway). I'd love to be able to post on here regularly with others, as we travel on our journey to ridding most of our anxiety, the depression that comes with it and a happier mind set.
