Stress Center Peer Support

Hello All,

I am here to restart the program. I am really stuck. I have been off of work for a few months and am anxiety-ridden about going back. Panic attacks are the reason I needed to take off in the first place. I am looking forward to being amongst those who can relate!

I haven't been working for years...had children, but then as time has gone one, have lost the confidence to work outside my home due to anxiety and panic. I also did the program back many years ago. It worked quite a bit. But, life happened, and now I am back to trying again...getting stuck. I needed to try a med for what I hope is short term to help me be able to concentrate and have the confidence to work the steps in the program. Slowly beginning to feel like maybe I CAN record and change negative thoughts to positive, and maybe I CAN get out and exercise! Hope you find restarting the program to be helpful!
