New with agoraphobia

Hi. I’m new here. I did the program years ago and made some progress and then covid hit so I’m back.
I have panic in traffic and I have agoraphobia but I can drive about 7 miles from home. I’d love any advice or support. I’d love to hear from anyone who’s made progress or recovered.
