did it

Post by rolfson » Thu Feb 14, 2013 8:16 pm

ok, to all of those who are wondering or questioning the program....... I started the program back in Sept 2012, just now finishing week 15.
Went to doc 2 days ago-
BP-102/62 (down from 140ish/85ish) I can go off the BP medicine he said.
cholesteral- 168 (down from 240)
walking 4-5 miles/day (used to be once or twice a week)
smiling- all the time (used to be only some times tho not much)
under reacting- all the time (used to be never)
vertigo- darn, I still have it, but understand it is B P V V (not much I can do about it)
heart palps - sometimes (used to be hourly)
relationships - much better (less expectations)
socializing - all the time (rarely before)
My kids and wife - They see it and it makes it worth all the while, happy valentines day to them!! :D

Am I perfect - NO, Am I better YES INDEED
A week or 2 off from the program - YES
Starting the program over again - Hell yes, if it did this good the first time around I am going to do it ten times if the results are this.
Do not give up folks, keep going, work it, do it, dive in head first and remain positive.
Thanks to coach Chris for insight :D

Woohoo!! Well done! I am so excited for you!

Would you mind re-posted this on our success forum in the personal coaching section?

I am trying to gather success stories there so that we can all continue to encourage each other.

You're the best :) Email if you need anything!
