I have just finnished this last session 15.

Just a few thoughts I thought I would post. I started in April and its now August. I moved along in the program at my own pace. I wanted to get each session and the way it applied in my life before moving on. Some were tuffer than others.

I am so gratefull I took this time to invest in myself as I do feel better. I have some great tools to help me get through many things that I will encounter in my life. I have learned to break my thoughts down, and work on them as you would do a puzzle.

I have enjoyed sharing on this forum. The post that everyone gives is so helpful.

Too sum it all up, it will have to be a life style! I know as with most people when the waters are calm we ride well. But when the rapids come, we panick. I feel I am better equiped to sit back, pray, and trust I will get to the calm waters again.

I have learned lots of things that I am prone to do, or react a certian way. I can choose to set myself up to win rather than to feel like I am just a victom. Also that after finnishing this program, there is no way of returning to how I thought before. I may have anxiety, or even panick again but I will forever look at it differently. It will be a choice for me to stay in the present moment.

I hope for each of you, the peaceful state of mind you are looking for. ;)
We are all connected...

One of my goals, will be, No more excuses. If I am ask to go someplace, and I do want to go, I will find a way to do that. :)
Thats my first one. I think I will work on that one for awhile and see how it goes. Its summer still and I will participate in some things that I always enjoy and make time to do them. Rather than forget about myself and run around doing things that eat up all my time. :) How about you? What goal are you working on?
One day at a time... Thanks Mike.
