how to float

would someone plesase explain wht it means by just float with it I just cant get the handle on the floating part

I interpreted it as "just go with it." When we start to feel symptoms of anxiety or panic, we're supposed to accept (float with) what we feel rather than fight it.

Hey there I have SO much trouble with this also, I usually just try to let it mean for me that I am NOT all anxious and stressed out.
