Okay, I know that menopause is not a chronic condition, but I did not know where to post this.
I am 53 years old and last year my Gynecologist said that I was in perimenopause. Well, right
now I am sweating and it is 11:24pm at night and I am in my apartment with the window open.
I know that I live in Arizona, but it is not EVEN hot here yet ( it is ONLY February ). I really think
I am in full-blown menopause. I have been having what I think are hot flashes recently. Since
I suffer from anxiety, of course I am obsessing that these hot flashes or sweating episodes could
be a sign of serious health condition. I sure don't need ONE MORE physical health issue, I have
so many already. How long does menopause last ? Forever ? I am really going to be in trouble
here when the temperatures hit 120 degrees in August.
