Mitral Valve Prolapse syndrome and anxiety disorder

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if there were others on this program who also suffer from MVPS and anxiety/panic disorder. I have had both since I was 18 and often don't know how much of my symptoms are coming from which issue. Symptoms are very similar and overlap. Are there different treatment needs for each or are they one in the same according to doctors. its making me crazy. You would know what I mean if you have experience with this. Pls respond if you can relate. Thanks
